Resolves as YES if Kevin McCarthy (current speaker of the House of Representatives as of October 2023) is elected President of the United States in a normal presidential election cycle.

Resolves NO if Kevin McCarthy ever becomes permanently ineligible or incapable of being elected president.

Does not resolve upon Kevin McCarthy assuming the presidency by another means such as the order of succession.

Resolves N/A if the United States ceases to exist, the Presidency is substantially abolished, or the de facto reality is that the Presidency is chosen through an undemocratic or unconstitutional mechanism. For the purposes of this market, the current Electoral College is considered a democratic and constitutional mechanism.
