This will resolve to my opinion as to the state of scientific support for this hypothesis in 2030. I will use papers and polls of the Astrophysics scientific community to help me resolve this question. If the scientific support is strongly in favor of this in 2030, I will resolve YES. If it is strongly against this, I will resolve NO. I may resolve PROB, depending on the balance of evidence.
