On February 11, 2025, the Westminster Kennel Club will select its 149th Best in Show Winner. The BIS winner will be selected from one of seven dogs, each the winner of their respective Group. A “Group” is a collection of dog breeds. Every AKC recognized breed belongs to one and only one Group.

This market will resolve based on the group membership of the winning dog. So for example, if a Dalmatian wins, this market will resolve to “Non-Sporting.” A list of breeds by group can be found at the AKC website: https://www.akc.org/public-education/resources/general-tips-information/dog-breeds-sorted-groups/

Historically the Terrier group has more wins than any other by a significant margin but this is mostly due to strong showings in the early 20th century.
