Resolves positively if the [Julia programming language](https://julialang.org/) enters the top 15 on the [TIOBE Index](https://www.tiobe.com/tiobe-index/) before 2026-03-26 (26th March 2026). [This page](https://www.tiobe.com/tiobe-index/julia/) has a 'highest position' field so I'll resolve on whether this number is ≥ 15 before the close date.

Julia reportedly [got into the top 20](https://www.techrepublic.com/article/tiobe-index-news-august-2023-julia). However the [live rankings](https://www.tiobe.com/tiobe-index/) have it at 25 at the time of open.

I chose these criteria because I have a preexisting bet with a friend. I will make a big no bet as incentive.
