He is a really disgusting guy with an awful way of speaking. This is about whether he is forced to resign in shame, or is forcibly removed against his will. If he loses an election it doesn't count; he must be removed early or legally prevented from running again. If he resigns after accusations but doesn't acknowledge guilt, it counts as YES.

This may be hard to resolve, so I will judge by the tone of articles about it in the Economist or the WSJ at the point he is no longer leader. I will not refer to NYT.
