This market tracks whether U.S. federal employees or contractors will engage in organized work stoppages or strikes by October 30th 2025. Donald Trump has promised to fire many federal employees upon taking office. The American Federation of Government Employees and other unions may fight back in a variety of ways.

This market resolves YES if there is a mass coordinated work stoppage/strike involving federal employees from any department or agency

• Individual resignations or isolated protests do not count

• Strike must involve a formal announcement or organized action by a federal employee union or group of employees

• Strike must involve at least 1000 federal employees

• Period: Now through October 31, 2025.
