In this chapter we saw V. Nusjuro's abilities include transforming into a skeleton horse and freezing his targets with his swordsmanship. This creates an eerie parallel to Brook who is also a skeleton swordsman with freezing abilities AND his identity animal as designated by Oda is a horse. Many people have been expecting Zoro to match-up against V. Nusjuro, but there's a pretty solid case for Brook building up now.

Fighting can be anything from a full-drawn out battle to a simple clash between their abilities.
