The question resolves to yes if the US mainstream press reports an attempt, successful or not, of fleeing the US by Donald Trump, before Jan 1st 2025.

Given his legal troubles seem to be getting worse, there is a possibility they may be too much for him to face, and he may attempt to flee from bankruptcy or jail. He would certainly be received positively if he defected to Russia. A part of his followers may still support him. OTOH, the US intelligence apparatus most likely is tasked to prevent such defections by ex-US presidents.

A covert escape where Trump exits the US but does not state to be fleeing justice would also count.
