While OpenAI have shown us some of Sora it is unclear if we will get that or similar functionality directly in the ChatGPT interface, and if we do whether we will need a seperate subscription.

This question will resolve to yes only if you can create videos with the standard ChatGPT Plus plan (or its closest equivalent at the time) in the standard Web interface (https://chatgpt.com/). The videos/gif need to be 10s or longer and to be able to have a consistent character across them. E.g. if I create a specific man for a video, to be able to use the same man, rather than just generating another man with the same description in the next video.
