Will Apple have a program that locks users out of either their Apple software, services, or hardware based on payment delinquency? Currently, Apple has the Apple card and Apple Pay Later they may launch further financial/credit services in the future.

This should be independent of payment for Apple software, services, or hardware, only based on usage of the financial services. This should be services that are otherwise independent of other Apple services e.g. not being extended further credit would not merit a positive resolution. If Apple facilitates this functionality but is not directly the one to make the decision it will resolve positively e.g. if they facilitate loans for JPM and allow JPM to shut people out. It may be an opt-in program. If this occurs for other financial services currently not provided by Apple at the time of question creation I will resolve it yes.
