IANAL, but my impression is that perjury indictments are rare because they are hard to prove. I have no doubt that Trump will lie under oath, but a prosecution for perjury seems unlikely. (I’m slightly nervous about this stance, because he lies so much, so I’m hoping to influence the market downwards so I can sell out early just in case.)

Again: Accused by whom? Need more clarity. Those of you betting, are you assuming this means formal charges of perjury, or just some pundit somewhere saying “hey that’s prob perjury” about Trump’s testimony?
