A neurodiverse thing about me is that the spring equinox triggers hypomania which is an improvement, since a couple times in the past it was just mania mania. The switch to daylight savings messes with me. I wish it would stay one or the other. And since the US moved the switch to DST to before the equinox it’s harder.
On the good side the fall equinox and time change don’t affect me though.
I do not like the changing of the clocks but I would like to have daylight saving time all year so we can more sun light outside of work hours.
