@dgga I think there are two separate considerations here:
135 is not exactly massive
I've yet to come across a genius that doesn't say plenty of very stupid things. That's a human universal, and should not be taken as proof against genius
@dgga this is pretty much my thinking as well, 135 doesn't seem that high for someone scott garrabrant described as really smart
@jim 100% agreed. People tend to confuse "intelligence" with "having the correct opinion/interpretation about things."
What's with Nassim Taleb's claim that IQ is mostly useful for measuring mental retardation and not averages or high achievement?
additionally contending that with the CTMU he "can prove the existence of god, the soul and an afterlife, using mathematics
