Requires at least 3 articles from traditionally reputable news organizations reporting that some U.S. video game designers have lost income, job security, or hiring velocity as a result of AI-based automation.

I won't be proactively searching for such articles - I will need to come across them organically or they can be posted in the comments / sent to me via Twitter message or other DM.

Are you using 'game designer' here broadly or narrowly for purposes of this market? Which is to say: anyone involved in the development of games, or specifically the ones whose jobs involve the sorts of activities summarized e.g. here? (Where the latter would exclude administrative/logistical roles which don't directly touch game content but do contribute to development in other ways, sufficiently deep video-game-backend work, release engineering, et cetera.)
