Unless otherwise specified, the phrase must be used verbatim. Reporting of his remarks not otherwise confirmed do not count (e.g. leaked accounts of private conversations). Changes in capitalization are fine.

Retweeted/retruthed content from other users does not count, but if he directly posts an image with a word/phrase, it will resolve YES.

@stationtostation Turns out he never said Bigly in the first place, he said big-league. Though it would've been a lot funnier if he said bigly. Honestly I'm a bit disappointed, I thought bigly was one of the funniest things he's ever said which is a very high bar.
