The most optimistic LK-99ers expect it to be the starting point for research into materials that will actually be commercially viable, so unless the resolution criteria are so broad as to include "you can buy something with LK-99 in it if you really want to", this seems like a straightforward no. Just needs clarification on the resolution criteria.

Can you clarify the resolution criteria? If someone sells someone else a piece of LK-99 does that count? Does selling a toy which levitates using it count?

@dayoshi Some commercial device has LK-99 in it. A toy would count but a sample of the bare material would not count.
