This question resolves to "yes" if formal work towards an agreed Korean peninsula reunification begins before new years day 2025. This might include anything from a planned non-specific future date with signed agreements accomplished up to and including full reunification.

@M ok, interesting point. Since that's in there let's go with conquest only working if it's terminated in a unification by that date; of hostilities are ongoing then I guess that's not agreed, so resolves negative.
