@Riley12 I was looking at this earlier this morning too, and I was too skittish to bet on it because absence of evidence doesn't necessarily mean evidence of absence. I didn't see it on the referendums, but I wasn't sure. Looks like you pulled the trigger and made the bet.
@Quroe I did in fact do that. looks like one passed that starts some commission or something but that doesn't match the criteria. There was one on the ballot that fit the criteria but it didn't pass, I think it needed 60% or something.
