Entering the 2025 Tour de France, there is some uncertainty about the hierarchy of the GC leaders within the Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe team. Primoz Roglic is their veteran GC contender and has won five Grand Tours during his career, but has failed to finish his last three Tours de France, as well as his most recent campaign in the 2025 Giro d'Italia, and is also likely near the tail end of his career. Florian Lipowitz is a young GC talent without the previous Grand Tour successes of Roglic; his best Grand Tour result is 7th place at the Vuelta a Espana last year (which Roglic won). However, his performances in one-week stage races this year have been impressive (2nd at Paris-Nice, 4th at Itzulia Basque Country, 3rd at Dauphine behind Pogacar and Vingegaard), and it is possible that he emerges as the stronger rider over the course of the Tour de France, or assumes the leadership if Roglic leaves the race.

This market will resolve to the rider with the best place in the general classification after the 21st and final stage of the Tour de France. If one rider finishes the race and the other does not, the market will resolve to the rider that finished the race. If both riders do not finish the race, I will resolve N/A.
