Trump is supposedly trying to make deals now. Resolves YES if any country's reciprocal tariff is lowered from the value it was said to be on April 2, or if reciprocal tariffs on any country are delayed. Resolves N/A if this has already occurred by the time this market was created and I wasn't aware of it.
