Despite the 10k bounty amount, I will pay m100k for any full solutions that can be verified, I just don't want to tie up that much mana long-term. If there is a partial solve I will give a lot of mana as long as the part is legitimate. Feel free to work together and split the bounty, and I'll give mana to people using the comments as a public good and trying to work together to get to the finish line.

These ciphers are from the Call of Duty series. The series has tons of ciphers, most of which are fairly trivial, but some are absurdly complex. There's no single central repository for information, but this post has a bunch of entirely miscellaneous info. These ciphers have been in the wild for nearly 8 years and have remained unsolved. Here is the process for the most recent partial solution, back in 2016. I expect that this bounty has a <5% chance of being fully claimed in 2024.

Nonetheless, I know there are some really smart people on here who can be nerdsniped by the promise of fake money and I would really like to see these get solved. Don't spend too much time on this because from talking to some people who have been trying for a while, I am skeptical that it's even realistically possible with current technology.
