If the NYT puts permanent (free trials don’t count) access to Wordle behind a paywall that requires payment at any point, resolves NO. Also resolves NO if they shut it down entirely. If they sell it, resolution criteria is the same for the new owner.

Bonus features like the Wordle Archive or WordleBot are irrelevant to this market.

Otherwise, resolves YES at market close.
