What does “related to” mean? If the guy publishes a 100 page manifesto and Russia-Ukraine is listed among 500 other things is that a yes? Any relation?

If he were pro-NATO, then certainly it would b spun as Putin’s handy work. Since he’s actually pro-Russia, it would just b labeled as a “crazed lone wolf”
