Will Apple release Apple Intelligence in the EU within 12 months of when it does so in the USA?

Resolves YES if regular iPhone users who live in the EU can use Apple Intelligence on their iPhones on the same calendar day as the first day regular iPhone users who live in the USA, one year later, or on any day prior to that.

Deployment to states with 51% of total population is sufficient.

Resolves NO if this is not the case.

Also Resolves NO if USA users do not have access to Apple Intelligence by EOY 2025, to ensure this resolves.
