I'd resolve if Technical Feasibility, Clinical Application, Ethical Acceptance, Regulatory Approval, and commerical Accessibility are all met for this form of therapy.

Technical feasability: ex: publication in a peer-reviewed scientific journal

Clinical Application: example: Evidence is presented in a peer-reviewed clinical trial or a case study

Ethical Acceptance: Documented ethical guidelines or standards published by a recognized medical or psychological association (American Psychological Association for example) (doesnt have to be just the US lol, anywhere in the world counts).

Regulatory Approval (?) : not sure about how much approval is needed for such stuff but let's say some form of approval that this is deemed safe and effective for clinical use.

Accessibility: shouldn't be available just for the extremely wealthy
