Has there already existed a living human clone, as of September 25, 2023 at 2:00am?*

For the purposes of this question, a clone is a person who is genetically (very nearly) identical to a different person (the "clonee"), with the caveat that the clone's zygote was created artificially, using the genetic information of the "clonee", who must have been multicellular at the time. Thus, identical twins don't count, even if produced via semi-artificial means (e.g. IVF). The clone must have been born alive by the given date.

For this to be marked "yes", there must be reporting in a reputable news source,* published by the first instant of 2026, indicating that the requirements of this question were met before the above date. Otherwise the answer is presumed to be no.

If, at the first instant of 2026, there exist news reports in reputable sources indicating that prior news reports on this topic were false, the later reports "win".
