Anxiety has had the biggest impact on my health, so I'm voting for it. My friend has anxiety and was recently diagnosed with depression. Of course, she sees a psychologist and that helps a little. I recently found a Canada Pharmacy Partner and I'm thinking of looking for antidepressants there. Her doctor has been recommending it to her for a long time, but she's afraid to take it. In short, if any of you are starting to have mental problems, I advise you to see a doctor and not delay with it.
Holy mama that's a lot of symptoms. You should read Good Energy by Casey Means. He was a doctor that dealt with a bunch of patients with wide-ranging symptoms like yours. He basically ends up blaming it on wide-spread inflammation in many organs that wreaks havoc in lots of systems. He claims the cause is a genetic aversion to modern food, mostly processed food. He has a diet in there that massively reduces inflammation. Apparently this has helped a bunch of people with "undiagnosable" symptoms.
I eat loads of flax seed and spinach now. I guess I feel healthier? Idk. Give it a try, sounds like you don't have a lot to lose
@coffeeicecubes Even if none of the symptoms you described are psychosomatic (and I would be shocked if that's the case), you'll still benefit a a lot from a therapist helping you deal with the emotional hardship that comes with your condition.
I get anxious just reading the symptoms list :) can't imagine how you must feel.
