On 18 January 2023, a Eurocopter EC225 Super Puma carrying the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denys Monastyrsky, his deputy Yevhen Yenin and state secretary Yuriy Lubkovych, crashed at a kindergarten in Brovary, a suburb of Kyiv, Ukraine.

The crash killed at least eighteen people, including Monastyrsky, Yenin and Lubkovych; three children were also among the fatalities, while at least 29 others were injured.

To clarify by bad weather i meant that it could be heavy winds, or lots and lots of fog, etc

@firstuserhere The weather at 6am was foggy with winds at 5kph; at noon it was overcast with winds at 7kph. The crash happened at 8:20am.

It's not impossible that it played a role, but I don't know enough about piloting helicopters to say how challenging that would be.
