ie fuh being banned and being a mod a week ago makes it count, but if he had been a mod 1 year ago adn now he gets banned for something unrelated that probably shouldn't count, is my thinking

but also if he got demoted 1 week and then made it worse the other week adn gets banned, that should still resolve this YES

@Bayesian I'm thinking of a situation that gets a mod to be demodded due to creating a bunch of alts, then months later breaking the site rules again. both things caused them to be banned
