The Future Circular Collider (FCC) is a proposed particle accelerator to be built atop of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

As reported in https://home.cern/science/accelerators/future-circular-collider :

"An FCC conceptual design report was submitted as input to the 2020 update of the European Strategy for Particle Physics. Following adoption of this update by the CERN Council in 2020, CERN was mandated to carry out a technical and financial feasibility study for the FCC to be ready for the next update of the strategy, foreseen for 2027."

As this is an extremely expensive and challenging project, the question of this market is if people's opinions on the FCC (of both the general public and the general physics community) will be positive by 2030.
