If Donald Trump wins the election and within 5 days of his inauguration he or Congress has made changes to election laws or the judicial precess determining elections, or, if the US has moved out of one of the democracy categories as defined by the Economist Democracy Index, it will resolve yes.

if the US has moved out of one of the democracy categories as defined by the Economist Democracy Index

By what date does this need to happen for the question to resolve yes?

Why five days? It would very likely take much much longer than that for the full loss of democracy to play out

Yeah ssomething like the first 100 days would be a more meaningful timeframe

It might not even be fully apparent until the end of his term

Suggesting resolution criteria: will resolve as yes if the Economist Democracy Index lists USA as anything other than a full or a flawed democracy.

If Donald Trump wins the election and within 5 days of his inauguration he has made changes to election laws or the judicial precess determining elections it will resolve yes.

Please add this resolution criteria to the market description, as well as change the title to be more in line with the description: "Will Trump change election laws within 5 days of inauguration?"

That way there isn't a scenario where an election law is changed to strengthen democracy which would make this market resolves yes despite the title implying that the changes could only be moving away from democracy

how do you plan to measure this for resolution?

Democracy in the US has already ended
