Engineering nature always seems so attractive because it’s easier than fixing human nature, culture, and the systems that are creating these problems.
Putting that aside… a comment mentions an estimation of only reducing sea levels by a few cm… if we have meters of sea level rise before 2100, we will wish we spent our resources elsewhere than on projects that are mainly about economic growth.
@WilliamEhlhardt yes it has to be a controls area of new water surface area cause by intentional human action to achieve this goal.
