At least 10% of current patients can can clearly have their progression stopped. (progression = the continued degeneration of neurons related to the movement/dopamine systems of the brain). They don't have to actually be using it yet, and it can be super expensive, but it should clearly work for at least that fraction.

This is a very ambitious timeline - the treatment would have to basically already be enrolling patients for clinical trials (or start really soon) to be proven to work by the resolution date...
