@EstMtz If the lack of hormones causes CHS and the lack of hormones are caused by a build up or accumulation, then Yes.

What about other non CB receptors becoming upregulated or downregulated? For example, a non-CB receptor that is downregulated and now no longer functions as normal?

@EstMtz If CBD binds to TRPV1 receptors and lingers around - causing CHS this resolves Yes. If THCV binds and quickly dissociates and doesn't hang around, but the interaction causes a up/down regulation and that causes CHS this resolve No.

If both of these things contribute to CHS then it resolves Yes.
