It's very questionable if there is such a crisis in the first place.

1. I'm not entirely convinced that birth rates dropped due to biological, not social reasons.

  1. Currently, underpopulation is not a problem worldwide.

I don't think that the term "fertility crisis" implies a lack of biological fertility, but rather just the general potential crisis brought about by low fertility rates
