Rules are: if I've already thought of it in the last week, you don't get a bounty! If it doesn't fit my vibe, you might not get the full bounty! Other than that, I will be generous!
TV and movies and short stories work best. I still appreciate novels and will award bounty for a book, but only after I have read enough to verify it's the sort of thing I'm looking for !!
Some I've already thought of:
Tomorrowland
Upload (TV series)
Valerian: the city of a thousand planets
Meet the Robinsons
Gattaca
Firefly
Star Trek
Big Hero 6
The Incredibles
The whole thing doesn't have to be postive, it can even be dystopian, but there just has to be a bit that is portrayed positively.
Letter from Utopia by Nick Bostrom

Arguably the bits of Elysium showing how the wealthy live might count if you imagine the whole world is like that.
Arguably the bits of Star Wars showing the upper levels of Corusant might count if you imagine it's the future of our world rather than the history of a distant one.
Arguably Black Panther Wakanda Forever counts if you imagine the whole world is equally advanced.
Arguably bits of Futurama might count since in many ways they depict society as just an exaggerated version of modern America with as many futuristic clichés as possible.
Tbh I'm kinda surprised how few examples I can think of, despite the mental image of a stereotypical futuristic utopia being easy to conjure up.
The TV Tropes page for Utopia probably has many better examples.
Robot and Frank is a great little movie about an elderly man coming to trust his elder care robot. There’s a bit more to it than that but I’d recommend going into it fairly cold.
Foundation (Apple TV+)
Silo (Apple TV+)
Severance (Apple TV+)
For All Mankind (Apple TV+) - Later Seasons
The Fifth Element
Contact
The Expanse (Prime Video)
Black Mirror (Netflix)
Westworld (HBO (Removed))
The Mitchells vs The Machines
Star Trek
Big Hero 6
The Incredibles (high tech robots, super suits, etc)
The Children of Time, excellent book series.
There's lots of apocalyptic stuff en route, so it's not all utopian. But ultimately it does move towards an unfathomably high tech future (where humanity is almost totally unconstrained in what it wants to do, and it's a pretty positive portrayal)
