I'm trying to pick a provider for at-home sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT), but it takes up to four years to finish and I'm worrying about a startup going out of business or being acquired and no longer offering immunotherapy.

If I ultimately don't go with a provider, that question resolves NA. If I go a provider, receive the full course of immunotherapy (3-4 years), and it works about as advertised, that provider resolves YES. I've previously received subq immunotherapy for a relatively brief period and benefited significantly. If the provider shuts down, stops offering immunotherapy (possibly after getting acquires), or is found to be selling something not as advertised, that question resolves NO.

Comment with suggestions if you want to add more at-home SLIT providers. I intend to start whatever the highest-rated option here will be after a month and resolve the other answers as NA then.

I've previously gotten subcutaneous immunotherapy for about six months with so-so attendance and ultimately did not stick to it, but still got noticeable improvement in my allergies. It consists of getting small doses of allergens by injection or sublingually. Subcutaneous therapy is the approved mainstay at clinics, sublingual has support in the literature and is not banned but wasn't approved
