This market will resolve to YES if, before the end of 2035, any settlement listed under the West Bank or East Jerusalem sections of the List of Israeli Settlements Wikipedia page is dismantled. The retroactively legalized Israeli outposts listed on the page will count as settlements.

"Dismantlement" is defined as the permanent removal of all Israeli civilians from the settlement as ordered by the Israeli government.
