@benjaminIkuta Oracle has an obvious reason to buy it -- state privacy laws like California's "Delete Act" are going to make their 3rd party data broker business much harder, so they get squeezed out of the marketing business unless they have a first-party service. Delete Act goes into effect in 2026 and other data broker limitations take effect sooner (And Oracle is already part of "Project Texas" so has much of the info they will need for due diligence on the acquisition)
